- Is it the same cleaner each time?
- Whenever possible, yes. A familiar professional learns your home and your preferences. If they are unavailable, we send another fully vetted Grovewell cleaner and let you know.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Most recurring clients share secure entry instructions and return to a finished home. You can also be there if you prefer.
- What if I’m not satisfied?
- Tell us within 24 hours. We return and re-clean the missed area free. If you still are not happy after the re-clean, that visit is on us.
- How do payments work?
- Your card stays securely on file. We do not charge it when you book. Payment is collected only after the clean is finished.
- Can I cancel or skip?
- Yes. There is no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, or skip and reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Are the cleaners vetted and insured?
- Yes. Every cleaner is identity-verified, background-checked, insured, reference-checked, and reviewed for quality before joining Grovewell.
- Is my price really fixed?
- Yes. The price shown for the home and service details you select is the price you pay. If the details are materially different, we contact you before doing extra work.
